composition

Still Life With Three Puppies, by Paul Gaughin, 1888

I enjoy this composition. The subjects are evenly dispersed across the piece and it allows the views eye to move throughout it with ease. The flow of the piece is simple and gives equal value to every aspect of the painting. No object is valued over the other and beauty and balance is found in this simplicity.

I agree that the painting "Still Life With Three Puppies", by Paul Gaughin (1888), that nothing is appreciated as much as the captivating beauty and equilibrium that is found in the simplicity of Paul Gaughin’s painting, “Still Life With Three Puppies”(1888). To be a little bit more specific would have to say that I think the painting may have more than just BALANCE but ASYMMETRICAL BALANCE...correct me is i'm wrong. But overal i would have to agree that a painting as simple as this can express many thing and have alot to say.

I agree with you on the balance about the painting. I like how there are three of a lot of the things in the painting.
